Lumen is building a proprietary CC-BY image library photographed and drawn by our clinical editorial team. Where in-house assets don’t yet cover a clinical scenario, we use Tier A open-licence sources — Wikimedia Commons, Open-i (NIH), PubMed Central OA, and NIDCR/CDC public-domain releases. Every image displayed inside a practice question is credited below.
